What does an Airbnb concierge service do in Agadir?
It coordinates the tasks involved in short-term rental: listing presentation, booking requests, prices and calendars, check-in, assistance during the stay and preparing the property after departure. At LOCAGA, the selected services and associated fees are specified in your management agreement.
How does it differ from property management?
Here, concierge service refers to organizing stays and on-site services. Property management also covers tracking bookings, income and communication with the owner, according to the management agreement. This offer concerns short-term rentals. For a long-term rental, contact us to clarify the possible services.
How is the LOCAGA commission calculated?
The management commission is advertised from 20 %. The rate applied, its calculation basis, the services covered and any separate fees are set out in your proposal and your management agreement. Cleaning and linen are priced separately.
Are cleaning and linen included in the 20 %?
They are priced separately. The rates shown are from 200 DH for a studio/T1, plus 30 DH for linen, and 250 DH for two bedrooms, plus 30 DH for linen. For three bedrooms or more, a quote is required. The exact scope and conditions are specified in the proposal.
Can I use my apartment on certain dates?
Let us know the periods you want to reserve for personal use from our first conversations. How they fit with bookings already confirmed and how the calendar is blocked are agreed together.
Can I entrust my property to you if I live far from Agadir?
Our local presence lets us coordinate check-in, maintenance and on-site interventions. How your activity is reported, communication, expense approvals and payouts are organized within the framework of the management agreement.
What income can I expect from my rental?
Revenue depends in particular on the neighborhood, the type of property, the amenities, the season and the nights booked. The estimation tool lets you compare scenarios; its results are indicative, excluding cleaning and before commissions, charges and taxes. They guarantee neither income nor occupancy rate.
